A few important items:

2. Enclosed below please find the Rules & Regs for Azalea Lakes POA
3. Please inspect your units. We will be conducting an entire property inspection after Easter. To avoid violation fines assessed to your account please ensure that your screens are not missing, torn, bent, etc. We have been sending warnings to owners and they seem to fall to the wayside.
4. All vehicles on the POA property MUST display a parking decal or pass. You may be towed. Please note that short term rentals also must display the POA parking pass or decals. They may be towed.
5. Pool passes/amenity cards may be picked up at the POA Management office. They will not be mailed. Only owners and or property managers may pick the cards up. We do not issue cards or parking passes to renters. The first card is free. You may purchase a second pass for $25. Two cards only per unit. Replacement cards are $25.
6. Pressure washing of the buildings will be completed after pollen season.
7. Seal coating of the Asphalt dates is still on hold. As soon as a date is confirmed we will contact owner’s via email. PLEASE REMEMBER WE HAVE SENT OUT A WARNING ALREADY ABOUT THE TIME FRAME AND NOTICE OF. YOU MAY ONLY HAVE A TWO OR THREE DAYS NOTICE TO MOVE YOUR CARS PER THE MAP, enclosed below.
8. The Board of Directors held their 2024 1st Quarter meeting with Semper Fi Property Management on 3/21/2024. Thank you to the owners that attended and their input. Minute will be posted to the website once approved.
9. The pool will open April 1, 2024.
10. Make note that on 4/1/2024 thru 5/1/2024 Azalea Lakes Blvd will be closed by Horry County for drainage repairs. You will not be able to enter this way. You will need to use Palmetto Blvd.

PARKING LOT SEAL COATING INFORMATION:
After receiving numerous complaints about the short notice for the Seal Coating of the parking lot. This scheduled
Seal Coating has been cancelled for this coming week.
THIS WILL BE YOUR FORMAL NOTICE OF SEAL COATING:
Please note that Seal Coating of the parking lot may be scheduled anytime in the Month of March 10th or April. You
may receive only 3–5-day notice of the scheduled dates. This is due to weather and the vendors’ now schedule. It
is the owner’s reasonability to ensure that all vehicles are removed when notice is given of the seal coating dates.
Any vehicle that is not removed on the scheduled dates for the seal coating per the color map and chart will BE
TOWED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE VVEHICLE OWNER. This notice and future notices will be sent via AppFolio
and normal email.
Again, please make note that there will be only a 3-5 day notice to have the vehicle moved or they will be towed
