Please mark your calendars. Beginning Monday, April 20, 2026, at 8:00 AM, the continued maintenance program for the exterior first floors will resume. This phase will include Buildings 1 through 6, starting with Building 1 and concluding with Building 6.

Residents are asked to use their rear door for one day only, specifically on the day when the floor coating is applied. During the preparation phase, the area will remain accessible for foot traffic. However, once the coating has been applied, the front entrance will not be accessible until the work is complete.
